Shipping & Return Policy
We offer shipping of online purchases to Pakistani addresses only at this time. We use Trax courier at the moment for cash on delivery services and personal rider to ship your package.
Please note we ship Monday-Saturday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not shipped on Sunday.
Jo’s Beauty Store offers Flat PKR 250 for all shipment across Pakistan and PKR 200 for Karachi. FREE Shipping and promotions are part of our campaign as and when offered.
When you place an order with Jo’s Beauty, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email email@example.com. Please include your order number in

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to product leakage, quality issues or any. Please Note: We can only accept Jo’s Beauty products directly purchased through Josbeautystore.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailers. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

- The return must be within 15 days of the original ship date on your invoice.
- We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed.
