Shipping
Jo’s Beauty Store currently ships online purchases within Pakistan only. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via Trax Courier and use a personal rider service for Karachi deliveries.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during business hours.
- Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- No shipping on Sundays.
Shipping Costs
- Flat shipping rate: PKR 250 nationwide
- Karachi deliveries: PKR 200
- Free shipping may be offered as part of special promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. For order inquiries, email info@josbeautystore.com with your order number in the subject line.
Returns/Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or leaked products.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items due to manufacturing issues or shipping mishandling.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used, mishandled, expired, or purchased from third-party retailers.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the original shipping date.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
- Email us at info@josbeautystore.com with a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear pictures as proof of damage, leakage, or quality concerns.
- Our representative will contact you to review and process your request.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not offered.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the return/exchange is processed.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process returns after receiving the returned item.
